These Terms govern your use of the 0w0 app and website. By creating an account you agree to them, and to our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines, which are part of this agreement. If you do not agree, don't use 0w0.
Who can use 0w0
- You must be 18 or older. There is no under-18 tier and no exceptions.
- You must not be barred from using the service under the laws that apply to you.
- You must not have been previously banned from 0w0. Making a new account to get around a ban is itself a violation.
- You must not be a registered sex offender.
Your account
One person, one account. Keep your login credentials to yourself - you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else has access.
You choose a nickname rather than giving us a legal name. That freedom does not extend to impersonating a specific real person, a brand, or 0w0 staff.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. See the retention section of the Privacy Policy for what happens to your data afterwards.
How to behave
The full detail is in the Community Guidelines, and breaking them breaks these Terms. In summary, you agree not to:
- Harass, threaten, stalk, or intimidate anyone
- Post hate speech, or attack people over who they are
- Share sexual content with someone who has not asked for it
- Publish anyone's private information, including your own match's
- Solicit money, run scams, or advertise
- Use 0w0 for commercial sex work or trafficking of any kind
- Upload content you do not have the rights to, including other artists' work as your avatar or stickers
- Scrape, automate, reverse engineer, or attack the service
- Circumvent a block, a ban, or any boundary setting another person has applied
Your content
Your profile, messages, and avatar are yours. You keep ownership of everything you create.
You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, and display that content - solely so the app can function, for example by showing your profile to someone in their discovery feed or delivering your message to a match. The licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except where we must retain something under Retention.
We will not use your content in marketing without asking you first, and we will not sell it.
Cosmetic items you buy are licensed to you for use inside 0w0, not sold to you as property. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and do not survive account deletion.
Purchases
0w0 is free to join, free to browse, and free to match and chat. Optional purchases are cosmetic - avatar items, packs, and seasonal collections. You cannot buy visibility, reach, or better matches.
All payments go through the App Store or Google Play under their terms. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google, not by us, so use their refund process. Subscriptions, where offered, renew until you cancel them in your store account; cancelling stops the next renewal and does not refund the current period.
Prices can change. Changes never apply retroactively to something you already bought.
Moderation
We review reports and may remove content, limit an account's features, suspend it, or ban it permanently. Serious violations - anything involving minors, credible threats, or non-consensual sexual content - result in an immediate permanent ban and, where appropriate, a referral to law enforcement.
If your account is actioned we will tell you what rule was broken. You can appeal once, by replying to that notice, and a different person will review it.
Ending things
You may stop using 0w0 and delete your account whenever you like. We may suspend or terminate your account if you break these Terms or the Guidelines, if we are legally required to, or if we discontinue the service.
If we shut 0w0 down, we will give you reasonable notice and a window to export your data.
Disclaimers
0w0 is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that you will find matches, that the service will be uninterrupted, or that it will be free of bugs.
We do not run background checks on our users. We verify email addresses and require you to state that you are an adult; we do not verify identity. You are responsible for your own safety when you talk to or meet anyone from 0w0. Meet in public, tell a friend where you are going, and trust your instincts. Use the block and report tools - they are two taps away on every profile and in every chat.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, 0w0 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for the conduct of other users - online or offline. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or fifty euro.
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you. Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protections of the mandatory law of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts.

Changes to these Terms
We will announce material changes in the app and by email at least 14 days before they take effect, and update the date at the top of this page. If you do not agree with a change, delete your account before it takes effect.
